The company now has set up a R&D center, which consists of mechanical performance testing laboratory, organic silicon laboratory, epoxy testing laboratory, acrylic R & D laboratory, mainly used for formula R&D, adjustment and quality control. The center is equipped with a series of R&D equipment including universal tensile testing machine, Polly viscosity tester, DCS tester, high-temperature and high-humidity test chamber, fluorescence spectrophotometer, pressure tester, color assessment cabinet, thermal conductivity tester. In addition, a special team is built responsible for the development of 3D printing supplies. Their laboratory is equipped with LITE-100 industrial 3D printers, FORM1 + desktop 3D printers and MOBIUS desktop 3D printers and other advanced 3D printing equipment for continuously test and improvement of product performance.
